Yu-Cheng Chien, CSCP, has more than 15 years of manufacturing experience in automotive and telecommunications industries, with a focus in global sourcing. He holds a bachelors in mechanical engineering and a masters from Strayer University, with a concentration in supply chain management. He also earned his APICS Risk Management certificate. Chien is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
Derinda Ehrlich, CPIM, CSCP
Vice President, Corporate and Channel Services | APICS
Derinda Ehrlich leads APICS’s corporate and channel services division, which helps international channel partners and North American chapters access APICS products and services. Prior to her current role, she served as vice president of global operational excellence at Avnet, where she was responsible for business process improvement and innovation. She also worked in a variety of roles at Motorola’s semiconductor and cellular infrastructure business units. Ehrlich is SCOR-P certified and a lean six sigma master black belt.
Abe Eshkenazi, CSCP, CPA, CAE

Abe Eshkenazi currently serves as the chief executive officer for APICS. Prior to joining APICS, Eshkenazi was the managing director for the Operations Consulting Group of American Express Tax and Business Services. Eshkenazi has provided business, operational and compliance consulting services to professional service organizations, associations, and tax-exempt and government organizations. His leadership experience includes project management; business process redesign; and organizational alignment, including design and implementation of outsource strategies.
David Hinchman, CPIM

Dave Hinchman, CPIM, is manager, JD-QPS and OF, integration enterprise strategic quality, for Deere & Company. He is responsible for leading the quality and production system for supply chain order fulfillment and lean manufacturing globally. Hinchman also has held various leadership positions in operations, manufacturing engineering, supply management, information technology, production planning and order fulfillment.
Visiting Professor of Operations Management | Nordic International Management Institute
Martin Lockstrom is visiting professor of operations management at Nordic International Management Institute. In addition, he is a partner at Asia Perspective, a purchasing and supply chain management firm. Previously, Lockstrom was a principal consultant at information technology service provider Infosys where he led the European go-to-market team for Infosys Labs. He is an avid speaker and consults with multinational corporations including Accenture, BMW, and Ernst & Young.
Strategic Operations & Ultra Mobility Director | Intel Corp.
Bahman has over 18 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, process, design and automotive manufacturing engineering. He is currently responsible for developing the strategy and execution roadmap for improving the performance of Intel suppliers in Asia to support the mobility devices while meeting both environmental and social governance. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, US Patent Owner, Certified Project Planning, Flotherm Analysis, Lean Process & Six Sigma Green Belt.

Kathy is the supply chain general manager for mainland China at Coca-Cola Greater China. Her background and skills include supply chain management, demand planning and forecasting. She will be sharing her experience on building system supply chain capability to drive excellence.

Undercarriage Supply Chain Performance Engineer | Caterpillar Inc.
Arun Raman, CPIM, is an undercarriage supply chain performance engineer at Caterpillar Inc. He leads strategic sourcing projects and is responsible for building a flexible and sustainable supply chain. Raman was honored by ThomasNet, ISM, and Inbound Logistics as one of this year’s “30 Under 30 Rising Supply Chain Stars.” In addition, he is director of student chapter affairs for the Lincolnland APICS Chapter, is an ex officio Student and Young Professional Director, and was an APICS Student Scholar.

Anthony Zampello, CPIM, CIRM, CSCP, is a consultant, educator and trainer. He spent more than 30 years working in diverse industries and markets and managing a wide range of initiatives, including S&OP, enterprise resources planning, system implementations and lead time reductions. Zampello is an industry expert in certification exam preparation and works with APICS chapters to conduct training sessions for major corporate accounts.
