There are many advantages to sourcing in China—such as savings on components and manufacturing processes and quick production. However, many small- to medium-size companies do not take advantage of these potential benefits because of the complexities and presumed obstacles involved with doing business in another country. This session is designed for those whose organizations are not currently sourcing in China. The presenter will help you understand the complexity, pitfalls, and risks to consider—ultimately making it possible to successfully and sustainably navigate the China sourcing maze.
