Everyone faces back-and-forth shifts at work from time to time. In such situations, people often view organizations and managers as fickle because they can’t seem to make up their minds. In reality, however, this to and fro is necessary for managing the inevitable polarities of a larger whole. There are many benefits to differentiating a polarity from a problem—foremost is the ability to see the upside of all perspectives and reduce resistance. This presentation will introduce polarity management and how to apply it to common business dilemmas. Participants will learn a methodology for efficiently making the most of your company’s varying poles.
