Academic Session: Understanding Supply Chain Resilience

Supply chain resilience consists of two major elements: flexibility and recovery. In this presentation, four resistance profiles will be generated and explored in order to better understand the conditions under which they are appropriate. The speaker will identify eight major investment types in supply chain resilience and how these categories are linked to the generation of resilience.
