APICS Channel Partners

APICS channel partners are affiliated organizations (APICS chapters, International Associates and Authorized Education Providers) that work with APICS to deliver education, member benefits, and/or certification exams.

With nearly 240 professional chapters, and 200 affiliated student chapters located throughout North America, convenient and personalized education is easily accessible

Outside North America, APICS is represented by two types of organizations:

International Associates (IA): International Associates are non-profit membership organizations, who provide APICS certification exams and related products, and membership services such as local meetings, networking opportunities, and conferences in every region of the globe.

Authorized Education Providers (AEP): Authorized Educational Providers teach APICS courses and provide consulting based on the APICS body of knowledge in every region of the world.

Learn more about its upcoming activities, and obtain contact information (i.e. web site, e-mail, and/or phone information). Each channel partner functions independently and determines its own board, dues, and educational offerings. Channel partner offerings may include some or all of the following (note that because channel partner are formed and run independently their offerings vary considerably).

  • Instructor-led certification review classes that help prepare candidates for testing
  • Certification study groups
  • North American group testing opportunities
  • International exam administration
  • Seminars and workshops specific to a particular geographic area and/or industry
  • Plant tours that provide insight into organizational principles and practices
  • Workshops and meetings with allied organizations that enable members to network with colleagues
  • Newsletters and membership directories that keep members informed of upcoming events and connected with one another
  • Job placement services.

Participation in local channel partners enables members to pursue leadership opportunities that expand skill sets, enhance career growth, and increase marketability. APICS volunteers are provided with training, support and online chapter volunteer resources.
