The Donald W. Fogarty (DWF) International Student Paper Competition actively encouraged the professional development of students interested in the field of operations management. Full-time or part-time undergraduate and graduate students submitted original, relevant, and timely research papers on topics related to the field of operations management. See the 2007 DWF Winners and read the winning undergraduate and graduate papers.

New Program Coming Soon!

After many successful years of operating the Donald W. Fogarty International Paper Competition, the E&R Board of Directors has recognized the need to replace the paper competition with a program that will help universities and colleges better align their operations management curriculum with the needs of corporations worldwide.

The E&R board is pleased to announce the development of a new annual program to replace the Donald W. Fogarty International Paper Competition. The new program will bring together student leaders, professors, and corporation representatives to study what corporations need from new employees and how universities and colleges can prepare these new employees.
