Getting to/from the Kansas City Convention Center for APICS 2008

Instructions for Guest Pay (available to ALL attendees):
- Go to http://www.supershuttle.com.
- Enter general information (i.e. round trip, Kansas City International – MCI airport, passenger name, and Group/Discount Code NV72R). Click Next to proceed to the next screen (APICS Conference Welcome page). Click Next again to enter flight information.
- Enter DEPARTURE flight information (Note: Departure information is collected FIRST! The information entered here should correspond to your departure from Kansas City.)
- Enter ARRIVAL flight information (Note: Arrival information is collected SECOND! The information entered here should correspond to your arrival in Kansas City). Click Next to proceed to the next screen.
- Enter the HOTEL name (first 3 letters minimum) or address of your destination. Select the matching entry and verify the address is correct (i.e. Marriott-Downtown, 200 W 12th St.). Click Next to proceed to the next screen.
- Enter phone number and special instructions. Click Next to proceed to the next screen.
- Select shuttle service type. Click Next to proceed to the next screen.
- Select pickup times. Click Next to proceed to the next screen.
- Enter payment type, gratuity, and airline rewards if applicable. Click Next to proceed to the next screen.
- Review and confirm reservation details. Enter email address to have reservation sent to you. Click Next to proceed to the next screen.
- Your reservation should now be confirmed. Please print or write down your confirmation numbers for your records. Please bring this information with you on the days of travel as you may have to present this information to your driver.

Having worked at Nike for 14 years, Winslow has held many positions within the company, including biomechanical research assistant, director of footwear and apparel product testing, and product development manager. Most recently she was the general manager of sustainable business opportunities, a role focused on developing and implementing more environmentally and socially sustainable business strategies across the organization, from long-range research and development, through product creation and the supply chain.
