In the aftermath of the January 12 earthquake in Haiti, three companies aligned resources to provide disaster victims with urgently needed ventilators, infusion pumps, and water purification. PURE Bioscience and Cardinal Health/CareFusion worked in support of Project HOPE, bringing about swift supply chain collaboration and immediate aid. This session will demonstrate the planned physical inventory elements and the not-so-perfect results when cutoffs were compromised due to unforeseen manufacturing requirements.
