Gaining Advantage Through the Recession

We have seen how quickly the COVID-19 crisis has unveiled major gaps in our supply chain infrastructure and crippled some industries. Learn how your organization can reset your supply chain to become more resilient, sustainable and circular so you’re prepared for the next major event in our new web series, Lessons Learned: Global Insights on Supply Chain's Role in the Economic Recovery Plan. Led by Peter Bolstorff, EVP of ASCM Corporate Development, this series will feature supply chain leaders from a variety of organizations sharing their best practices, as well as next steps to recovery.

In our first session, Gaining Advantage Through the Recession, Peter will be joined by Dr. Morgan Swink to discuss a joint research project highlighting critical success factors of supply chains that were able to rebound from the 2008 recession.  In addition, he’ll share some key indicators that your organization should be focused on maximizing to come out ahead of our current economic downturn.

The first event in the series is open to all supply chain professionals, while subsequent webinars will be members-only.
