The demand review or consensus meeting is a critical step in your Integrated Business Planning or S&OP process which, if done well, ratifies the backbone of the "one plan" that drives the business. Many organizations struggle to fully leverage the power of advanced analytics, shift the conversation from numbers to assumptions, and make business decisions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. These common challenges, often characterized by executive overrides, can be overcome. In this session, Mondelēz International Head of Forecasting for North America Greg Spira will outline strategies to address these challenges that will pave the way for a productive consensus process.
