The Supply Chain Risk Management seminar, in partnership with the APICS Santa Clara Valley Chapter, provides participants with a glimpse of the global supply chain risk landscape. Definitions of risk management, and new techniques and tactics to mitigate risk will be discussed along with profiles of early adopters of risk management. Attendees have the opportunity to utilize a "Heat Map" tool to assess risks within their supply chains. This workshop is led by Greg Schlegel, Adjunct Professor, Supply Chain Risk Management, Lehigh University.
Spend the day learning the ins and outs of supply chain risk and how to apply what you've learned in your business. You'll meet local industry colleagues and get the chance to grow your professional network. Participants will be served lunch and will receive all PowerPoints used during the seminar.
