Samer is a board member at the United Nations Global Compact Jordan. He has helped companies achieve strategic benefits through reporting on their supply chain sustainability, played a major role in spreading CIPS and APICS education in the Middle East, and delivered over 3000 hours of supply chain education in public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UAE, Lebanon, Qatar, and Egypt.
In the past 20 years, Samer completed major supply chain infrastructure projects for erecting factories, airports and transportation hubs in the EMEA region. Samer’s mission is to create a culture for supply chain improvement through educating and consulting with companies to implement sustainability and supply chain optimization, helping enterprises to realize value through process improvement.
Samer has spoken at many public supply chain forums, including SCOMTECH Saudi Arabia, SAPICS South Africa, India Logistics Expo India, and CIPS Middle East.

Jesus Campos is recognized as one of the top experts on the supply management field on the Mexican market. His professional experience of more than 29 years covers managerial responsibilities on manufacturing and service. Currently Mr. Campos is Partner Consultant at Corporate Resources Management, and Director of Content at Spend Matters Mexico and Latam.
Mr. Campos is a national and international speaker and trainer, and has conducted training seminar on more than 10 Countries. He participated in the development of APICS CSCP study material, and is an ISM instructor for CPSM certification.
He also served as APICS Terra Grande District Manager (2014-2017). He has been teaching seminars on supply matters for the last 22 years and has published more than 80 articles in several magazines, plus more than 250 posts on the SpendMatters portal. He also offers negotiation tips on his YouTube channel “Transformando a Compras” and is the author of the book “How to transform sourcing into a competitive advantage.”
Richard dos Santos, CPIM, CSCP

Richard dos Santos is a director of AppliSential, Centre for Logistics Excellence (CLX) and LearnStream – based out of South Africa.
Richard has been involved with APICS throughout his professional career and currently participates as an APICS ICP and as an active member of the SAPICS Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
In his professional capacity Richard is responsible for Business Development and constructing innovative service offerings for the group’s diverse customer base spanning 3PL, Petrochemical, Industrial Manufacturing, Mining, FMCG and Technology industries.
Richard’s personal mantra when engaging with customers to solve their business challenges is, “Deliver WOW through service." This is exemplified by the long-standing customer relationships that he fosters.
Jenny Froome is the Chief Operating Officer of SAPICS – the Professional Body for Supply Chain Management and the exclusive Premier Channel Partner of APICS in Sub-Saharan Africa. English by birth, Jenny has lived and worked all over the world settling in South Africa via Kenya in 1995. With a background in event management and incentive travel Jenny and her husband Clive started an events company, Upavon Management, and the SAPICS annual conference in 1996 was its first event and Jenny’s first formal introduction to the world of supply chain. Supply Chain Management is a profession which, fortunately, she stumbled into 20 or so years ago and she is passionate about making people appreciate the vitality of this profession. After all, it really does make the world go round!
Jerry Gonzalez, CSCP, CPIM

Jerry Gonzalez is a Professional Engineer with experience in the pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing large volume parenterals and medical devices. He has held positions in engineering, manufacturing, planning, master scheduling and as an SPC trainer. He is the business systems manager at B Braun Medical, Inc. where he is responsible for the functional support of the site SAP ERP system and two manufacturing execution systems (MES). Jerry shares his MES knowledge and experiences speaking at domestic and international conferences. As a volunteer, Jerry is a past president of the APICS Orange County Chapter, a former member of the APICS District Manager Committee, and a current member of the Chapter Development Subcommittee.

Keith M Johnson of Cherry Valley, IL has been a long time APICS volunteer starting as a student member at University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, the Rock Valley Chapter, serving on the Leadership teams of both Region 13 and the Great Lakes District. Keith was selected to join the APICS Board of Directors and was instrumental in the Governance changes made in 2007. Keith also served as the 2017 District Manager Committee Chair and was instrumental in the changes now happening with the Professional Development Committee. Keith also serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Air Medical Memorial.
Rebecca MacDonell, CPIM

Beckie MacDonell is a graduate of the Executive MBA Program at the University of Nebraska – Omaha. Her area of focus is International Business. She currently holds the position of Senior Manager for Sales and Operations Planning at Valmont Industries, NA Operations based out of Valley, Nebraska. Beckie has more than fifteen years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, sourcing, lean, and materials management. Beckie is a professional specifically focused on change management and business transformation. She is experienced in leading corporate training as well as implementation of ERP systems. Beckie is the APICS Partner Development Committee Chair and has been an active member and volunteer with the APICS Midlands Chapter.
Karen Schiebout, CPIM, CSCP, CLTD

Karen Schiebout is currently the Customer Service Manager at Vermeer Corporation and has worked in the Production Control sector of manufacturing for over 40 years. She has been an active APICS member since 1995. She has taught many APICS courses and is an active IDP instructor. After receiving her MBA from Drake University in 2001, she is an adjunct business professor for a local college.
She and her husband live on a small lake in southern Iowa and enjoy boating, camping, and reading. They have three adult children and two beautiful granddaughters.
She is currently the APICS Channel Partner Subcommittee Manager and works to encourage all chapters in the district to grow, improve their services, and enjoy being part of the APICS family.

Vern has been an active APICS member since 1990 and has held various volunteer positions in both the USA and Canada, including Chapter President, Region VP, District Manager, and several APICS Board positions. He has worked his entire career in supply chain related roles and holds an MBA and several APICS certifications, including CPIM, CIRM, CSCP, and CLTD.
Jan-Frederik Van Overschee
Jan-Frederik Van Overschee took over the management of CIMCIL in January 2017 after having been a service delivery manager since 2012. Trained at various sales positions within IBM and taking up a managerial role within Manpower, he discovered the supply chain & operations sector at that time. Ever since joining CIMCIL, he is a firm believer of efficiency and creating an environment where people speak the same language and build on each others accomplishments to create innovation & growth. Furthermore, he participated in various LEAN educations and added this certification to the CIMCIL portfolio.
Joost Vles, CPIM, CSCP

Joost M Vles holds an MBA from the University of Buffalo (EMBA). He is currently a Materials and Supply Chain Manager at Moog Inc. Joost has extensive experience in directing and working with manufacturing staff and union employees in a large plant, utilizing the guidelines of the ISO TS-16949 and AS-9100 management systems. He establishes a high-performance team environment, and leads initiatives designed to improve sales, customer service, productivity, safety, inventory levels, and quality.
Joost is active in the community; having served as APICS District Manager, CBAR Taskforce (Chair), Past President of APICS Buffalo Chapter, and the Buffalo & Erie County Workforce Development Consortium (Chair). He also teaches courses on operations management, scheduling and inventory control systems, teamwork and leadership, and is recognized by APICS as a Lead Instructor for CPIM.
Mr. Vles was born in Buffalo; he and his wife Cheryl have 2 children. They live in Lancaster, NY.
Abe Eshkenazi, CSCP, CPA, CAE

Abe Eshkenazi currently serves as the chief executive officer for APICS and APICS Supply Chain Council. Prior to joining APICS, Eshkenazi was the managing director for the Operations Consulting Group of American Express Tax and Business Services.
Eshkenazi has provided business, operational, and compliance consulting services to professional service organizations, associations, and tax-exempt and government organizations. His leadership role included project management, business process redesign, and individual and organizational alignment; including design and implementation of outsource strategies. Eshkenazi has been a frequent speaker on outsourcing, nonprofit mergers, and strategic alliances.
In addition to his CPA, Eshkenazi holds a master of business administration in management from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management; a master of business administration in finance from DePaul University; and a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University. Eshkenazi is also an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE), and a Certified Association Executive (CAE).
W. Brad Householder
W. Brad Householder is CEO and founder of b2i inc, having recently retired as one of the leaders of PwC's supply chain consulting practice. In Householder’s 35 years of industry and consulting experience at PRTM and PwC, he established himself as a thought leader in developing and implementing innovative supply chain strategies and solutions across a wide range of industries and organizations.
He has been an active author, researcher, and presenter on the topic of strategic supply chain management and operations strategy. As a long-standing volunteer and board member of the APICS Supply Chain Council, Householder has continued his efforts to extend and promote the supply chain management profession as an APICS Board member, Treasurer/Secretary, and Chair Elect. He is a graduate of MIT and was a Leaders for Manufacturing Fellow at MIT and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Vice President, Global Channels and Alliance
The vice president of global channel services, Jim Lahey, leads the channel and chapter relations teams for APICS. Lahey has more than 25 years' domestic and international channel and business development experience. He’s successfully led major projects and channel sales teams within the wireless technology and communications industry. Most recently, he was principal at Revivo, an organization that provides channel development and business expansion consulting. Prior to that, he was vice president and managing director at CradlePoint UK Ltd. Lahey also played a significant role in launching the successful European business of Sierra Wireless (NYSE: SWIR), the leading provider of wireless solutions for the Internet of Things, as Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Lahey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Illinois State University. Additionally, he’s participated in extensive continuing education in leadership, strategic selling, negotiation and Six Sigma.
Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel
In his role as executive vice president and chief operating officer, Martinez serves as the primary legal advisor for APICS and is responsible for guiding the association’s direction and strategy for APICS’ professional development and certification departments.
Prior to joining APICS, Martinez had a long-standing career in public service—most recently as the deputy governor for the state of Illinois. Additionally, Martinez served as Secretary of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), chief of legislative affairs, and legal counsel to the Department of Financial Institutions. Martinez started his career as an assistant state’s attorney in the Appellate Division where he argued before the Illinois Appellate Court.
