Strategic Management of Resources explores the relationship of existing and emerging processes and technologies to manufacturing strategy and supply chain-related functions. The course addresses three main topics: aligning resources with the strategic plan, configuring and integrating operating processes to support the strategic plan, and implementing change. The new instructor guides have been designed to be user friendly. They include the content of the participant workbook, Detailed, step-by-step instructions make it easy and convenient to teach the APICS CPIM review courses. Each instructor guide explains what to say, when to say it, what to ask--even when to take a break! Review courses are not for self-study but must be facilitated by an instructor in a classroom review course.
