Registration Information
How to Register
Phone: Call APICS Customer Support at (800) 444-2742 or (703) 354-8851 Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., ET. Credit card payments only.
Fax: Fax your completed registration form to (703) 354-8635. Credit card payment only.
Mail: Send your completed registration form with payment to APICS Registration, P.O. Box 75381, Baltimore, MD 21275. Full payment by credit card, check, or purchase order (or government equivalent) must accompany the registration form. Checks must be payable to APICS in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
Save on Workshop Registration
APICS members receive an automatic discount on workshop registration.
A 10% discount is available to individuals registering for three or more workshops within the same calendar year. To qualify the workshops must be registered for at the same time.
Three or more individuals from the same company who are registering for the same program are also eligible for team rates. To qualify for the team rate, registration forms must be submitted together.
Payments
All payments must be received at APICS 10 days before the workshop or payment will be required on site. Purchase orders are not accepted on site. On-site registration is accepted on a full-payment, first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to register on site, call APICS Customer Support at (800) 444-2742 or (703) 354-8851 to verify space availability.
Refunds and Cancellations
APICS reserves the right to cancel programs. In the unlikely event of a program cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive full refunds. Please call (800) 444-2742 or (703) 354-8851 to verify program status before purchasing nonrefundable transportation tickets. APICS cannot be held liable for transportation tickets. Cancellations must be in writing and postmarked, faxed to (703) 354-8635, or e-mailed to registration@apics.org 10 business days before the program to receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. After the cancellation deadline, no refunds will be given. Refunds are processed 15 business days following the receipt of a written request. No refunds are issued on site. No-shows, late arrivals, unattended events, or early departures are not eligible for refunds.
Transfers and Substitutions
Requests for transfers must be e-mailed to registration@apics.org, faxed to (703) 354-8635, or mailed to APICS Registration, 5301 Shawnee Road, Alexandria, Virginia, 22312, 10 business days before the program start date. One transfer per calendar year per person is permitted. Cancellations from transferred programs are subject to a $100 processing fee. Written requests for substitutions should be e-mailed to registration@apics.org, faxed to (703) 354-8635, or mailed to APICS Registration, 5301 Shawnee Road, Alexandria, Virginia, 22312, within 10 business days before the program start date. After that time, substitutions should be handled on site.
General Information
Confirmations are mailed within 48 hours after receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation letter at least 10 days before the program begins, call (800) 444-2742 or (703) 354-8851 or send an e-mail to registration@apics.org to inquire about the status of your registration.
Casual attire is appropriate for all programs.
Participants should bring a calculator to each program.
