Each APICS Webinar On-Demand is recorded and made available for viewing after the live presentation. With APICS Webinars On-Demand, you can access quality online education whenever it's most convenient for you. You receive unlimited access to your selection for a 30-day period for an APICS member price of only $99 or $139 for nonmembers.
Free APICS Webinars On-Demand are a selection of our most popular APICS Webinars On-Demand available at no cost, only for APICS members. Like other APICS Webinars On-Demand, they are available for viewing at your convenience. |

What will happen after I click "Watch Now" on the free APICS Webinar On-Demand description page? |

A new browser window will open, and the free APICS Webinar On-Demand will begin. Please wait while the event launches. A Webex player will also open. You can stop, pause, fast-forward, rewind, or exit the presentation at any time. |

Is a CD-ROM available for purchase? |

No. Only registered customers for a live event will receive a copy of the full presentation on CD-ROM. |

A free PDF reader is available from Adobe at www.adobe.com/acrobat. |

What should I do if an APICS Webinar On-Demand does not start? |

An APICS Webinar On-Demand will begin after you click the "Watch Now" link after the description. If you are not already logged in to the APICS Web site you will be prompted to do so. Some recorded events are larger files than others and may require a longer buffer time before the presentation begins. Please be patient while your system prepares to play the presentation.

- Verify you have logged in correctly.
- Verify with your technical department that you are not experiencing Internet browser failures or a firewall blockage.
