Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
APICS CPIM review courseware provides an intense review of certification topics including essential terminology, concepts, and strategies related to demand management, master scheduling, quality control, and continuous improvement.

Fundamentals of Materials and Operations Management (Fundamentals)
The Fundamentals program delivers the tools needed to master the basics of materials and operations management. Participants gain a solid understanding of inventory control, planning, manufacturing control, and operations management.

Introduction to Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP)
Introduction to ERP is ideal for ERP project managers, consultants employed as ERP integrators, and organizations beginning an ERP implementation. The Introduction to ERP course enables participants to determine if their organization is ready for ERP.

Workshops
Continuing demand for training in all aspects of the APICS body of knowledge provides instructors with an opportunity to reach new students and expand course offerings beyond certification review. These specialized workshops are ideal for in-house company seminars or chapter workshops. The CD-ROM for each workshop contains instructor presentations composed of professionally developed slides with instructor notes and exercises. Participant guides are available for each workshop.

APICS Train the Trainer (TTT)
This two-day highly interactive course prepares professionals to teach adult training and development courses. Train the Trainer’s ten lessons provide potential instructors with a successful and workable methodology that can be applied in teaching any subject.

APICS Learning Dynamics for Instructors (LDI)
The next step after completing the Train the Trainer course, Learning Dynamics for Instructors examines the dynamics of the classroom and describes techniques for managing these dynamics to maximize learning. This course builds on the foundation developed in the prerequisite APICS Train the Trainer course that provided the base knowledge and skills to become an effective instructor.
