Before you can register for the exam, you must complete an eligibility application and receive an authorization to test notice from APICS. If you have a question about your eligibility, read the guidelines.

*If you did not pass your previous APICS CSCP exam, or your cancellation from your previous APICS CSCP exam was not approved, you qualify for the retake fee.

December 12, 2009 Paper and Pencil Exam Locations

NOTE: The minimum required number of registrations to open an exam site is 10 registrations. APICS reserves the right to close any paper and pencil site that does not meet the minimum number of required registrations. A computer-based version of the exam will be available December 12, 2009 – January 16, 2010. If you elect to register for the paper and pencil version of the CSCP instead of the computer-based version, and APICS decides to close your selected site, you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to select a different paper and pencil site, receive a voucher for the computer-based version of the exam, or receive a refund of your exam fees.
