APICS CSCP International Testing Information
Exam Application Procedures
Before you can register for the exam, you must complete an eligibility application and receive an authorization to test notice from APICS. If you have a question about your eligibility, read the guidelines.
International candidates now have the option of Paper and Pencil Testing or Computer Based Testing (CBT) .
NOTE: The CSCP is now available via computer-based testing (CBT) as well as in paper and pencil format. If you register for the paper and pencil version of the CSCP exam, you will NOT have the opportunity to switch to the CBT version of the exam. Likewise, you will not be able to switch from CBT to paper and pencil.
NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2011 the following fees will go into effect for Computer-Based Testing with Pearson VUE:
- scheduling an exam by phone $10
- rescheduling an exam more than 24 hours before the scheduled date $15
- cancelling an exam more than 24 hours before the scheduled date $200
Note: Reschedules are not permitted within 24 hours of the exam, and any cancellations within 24 hours of the exam result in a forfeiture of fees.

*The registration deadline is the deadline for APICS' receipt of all registrations from the certification administrators. Outside the U.S. certification administrators will require candidate registrations and payment in advance of this date. Please check with the certification administrator in your country for your deadlines.

International Registration for CSCP CBT Exam Window
APICS will administer computer-based exams internationally for the APICS CSCP program.
STEP 1: Contact Your Certification Exam Administrator
CSCP exams may be purchased directly through certification administrators:
STEP 2: Receive Authorization to Schedule
Once you purchase your exam from your local administrator, an exam authorization and payment verification process occurs between the local administrator, APICS, and Pearson VUE. This process can take up to two business days. After this process is complete, your local administrator will send you an authorization to schedule, which includes instructions for scheduling your exam with Pearson VUE. You must already have an authorization to schedule notice from your local administrator to register for CBT.
STEP 3: Schedule the Exam
After purchasing your exam from your local administrator, you must go on-line or call Pearson VUE customer support to register with the testing center. The scheduling deadline for all computer-based exams is 24-hours before the exam date, though we encourage cadidates to schedule their exams as early as possible to increase the chance of reserving their preferred exam date.
