Where can I purchase the CPIM online self-study courses? |

These courses may be purchased only online at the APICS Bookstore. |

Can I purchase the CPIM online self-study courses for coworkers or friends? |

The online courses are single-user licenses only. Each order is linked to a specific person’s ID # so the courses must be purchased by the person taking the course. Download the complete APICS CPIM Online Course Licensing Terms and Conditions. |

How soon after the course is ordered is it available? |
 |
The course begins on the day of purchase and is available immediately. |

How do I access the CPIM online course I purchased in the APICS Bookstore? |
 |
You will access the course through the APICS Web site. After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail with information on how to access the course and a link(s) to your individual course(s). |

How long do I have access to the course? |
 |
The course will be available for one year from the purchase date. |

Are the courses interactive? |
 |
Yes. All the courses include practice activities, exercises, and a quiz at the end. Answers to the quiz questions are linked back into the course for explanations. |

What are Domains? |
 |
The courses are organized into Domains, which are the main diagnostic areas within each module as outlined in the CPIM Exam Content Manual. |

What are Self-Assessments? |
 |
Self-assessments are quizzes at the beginning of each course to help you evaluate your understanding of the subject matter and build a custom study plan based on your results and needs. |

What are Body of Knowledge courses? |
 |
The Body of Knowledge courses provide in-depth coverage of the concepts in each domain to increase your knowledge and help you prepare for the APICS CPIM exams. |

What are the minimum requirements for this course? |
 |
- Internet Explorer v ersion 5.5 or later
- Shockwave Flash t he latest version may be obtained on the Macromedia Shockwave Player Web site at http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
- Cookie settings must be set to “medium.”
- Pop-up blockers must be disabled
- Javascript or Active scripting must be enabled
- Script Debugging is not a common problem, but occasionally script debugging will need to be disabled.
