Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders
APICS will ship your domestic order via UPS ground service or United States Postal Service at no extra charge. You may designate a different carrier than these two, but you will be charged expedite ordering service fees. Note: Orders to Canada and Mexico are considered international orders. Please see International Shipping Information.
APICS ships all items within 48 hours of your order. APICS cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or method for items drop shipped directly from the vendor. C.O.D. service is available for an additional fee of $5.25. We will only accept cash, check, or money order for this service. The $15.00 expedite fee is still applicable.

Expedite Order Service
At your request, APICS will arrange for express delivery of your shipment. To request this service, please check the appropriate box on the order form. Freight charges and a $15 administrative fee will be added to all expedite orders. Expedite orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Expedite orders cannot be sent to a post office box.

Third-business-day service is not available to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and some other countries. If it is not available in your area, second-business-day delivery will be used.

International Orders
APICS International Licensed Distributors have been established in countries outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Ordering APICS educational materials from the international distributor in your country may provide you with faster delivery times and lower shipping costs. Call APICS Customer Service at (703) 354-8851 and request the International Licensed Distributors list (stock #04085) for a complete list of distributors and the countries they represent. Contact the distributor in your country for ordering information. If there is no APICS distributor in your country, please order your materials directly from APICS.

International Shipping Information (includes Canada and Mexico)
A phone number is required for all international shipments. APICS will add the appropriate shipping charges to all international orders. International orders are shipped via air unless you specify a carrier. Mexican shipments must list an RFC Tax Identification Number on the order form to ensure prompt delivery.

Please Note: International Customs Charges and Delivery Schedules May Vary

APICS has no control over the charges assessed by individual customs offices. Customs charges and any other fees incurred through customs are charged to the customer directly. These charges are usually duty charges, import taxes, and brokerage fees. Charges may vary by country.

Because overnight delivery service is not available to foreign countries, APICS has no control over delays in international shipments. At the request of the customer, APICS will ship materials overnight and assess an overnight shipping fee; however, customs retains control over when to release the shipment.
