What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Discover, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. Additionally, APICS accepts checks, purchase orders, and money orders. Please provide a 'bill to' address when using purchase orders.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. APICS online catalog orders are protected by encryption technology to keep your information safe.

Does APICS charge sales tax?

APICS charges sales tax on bookstore orders shipped to Virginia and Canada. If your organization is tax exempt, please contact APICS Customer Support at (800) 444-2742 or (703) 354-8851.

How much do you charge for domestic shipping?

APICS provides free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Orders to Canada and Mexico are considered international orders and are subject to the appropriate shipping fees. (See "How much do you charge for international shipping?")

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, APICS ships overseas. However, ordering your APICS educational materials from a distributor in your country may provide you with faster delivery times and lower shipping costs. View a list of countries represented by APICS distributors. If there is no distributor in your country, APICS will gladly take your order directly when you call APICS Customer Support at (800) 444-2742 or (703) 354-8851 or e-mail us at service@apics.org. You can be assured we will make every effort to use the most cost-efficient method of delivery as appropriate to your country.

How much do you charge for international shipping?

Orders shipped to Canada*, Mexico, and other countries outside the United States are considered international orders. All international shipments require a phone number. APICS will add the appropriate shipping charges to all international orders. International orders are shipped via the least expensive courier unless you specify a courier. To specify an international courier, please indicate your choice when you place your order. International custom charges and delivery schedules may vary. Custom charges and any other fees incurred through customs are charged to the customer direct from customs.

*Orders shipped to Canada will incur custom/duty charges that will not be billed directly.

Can APICS expedite my order?

At your request, APICS will arrange for express delivery of your shipments. Freight charges and a $15 administrative fee will be added to all expedite orders. Expedite orders received before 2:00 p.m. ET will be shipped the same day. Expedite orders cannot be sent to a post office box. Third business day service is not available to Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. If it is not available in your area, second business day delivery will be used.

When will my order ship?

APICS ships 99% of orders within 48 hours.

Can I return an order?

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return for a full refund any product (except for clearance items) in its original condition. Cassette tapes, VHS tapes, CDs, or software must be unopened with its original packaging and accessories. Please note that APICS will not accept COD returns. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available on clearance items.
