How can I tell which items are on clearance? |

All clearance items are marked with a sale “ ” symbol on the individual product description page. When conducting a search for a product, click on the title of the product from the search results to locate the sale symbol. For a complete list of clearance items, click the Clearance link on the left side of the APICS Bookstore home page. |

How can I find out if specific items are on sale? |
 |
To search for clearance books by specific title, category, keyword, or author, use the “More search options” link located on the APICS Bookstore home page. After entering your criteria, be sure to click yes in the “Show clearance items only” drop down box at the bottom of the form. |

Do I need a special code to get the discount? |
 |
No. The price shown for the item is the discounted price. |

How much are clearance items discounted? |
 |
The amount of the discount will vary. There is no standard discount for clearance items. |

Do the prices listed on the APICS Web site reflect the discount? |

Yes. The price listed is the discounted price. |

When will out of stock items be restocked? |
 |
Clearance inventory will not be reordered. |

What is your return policy on clearance items? |

All sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted on clearance items. |

I bought an item before it went on sale. Can the item be discounted retroactively? |

APICS does not offer retroactive discounts. |
