APICS MAGAZINE ARTICLES NAMED WINNERS OF PRESTIGIOUS 2007 AMERICAN GRAPHIC DESIGN AWARD COMPETITION

Alexandria, Va. (May 29, 2008) – APICS The Association for Operations Management and Graphic Design USA Magazine have announced today that two entries from APICS magazine have won the prestigious American Graphic Design Award Competition. The two winning articles from APICS magazine, “Group Effort” and “Spend Right,” exemplify the sophisticated, attractive design, coupled with the rich content, are valued by readers.

Graphic Design USA Magazine , which circulates to more than 100,000 creative and design professionals, has honored original and eye-catching design for nearly 30 years with this prestigious competition. From a field of more than 11,000 entries, APICS magazine was chosen by a distinguished panel of judges to represent the “best in the field.” This exceptionally popular competition honors outstanding new work of all kinds across all media: print and collateral, advertising and sales promotion, packaging and point-of-purchase, internet and interactive design, broadcast and motion graphics, corporate identity and logos.
