APICS Poster Pavilion Recognizes
Solutions Providers at 2003 APICS International
Conference and Exposition


Alexandria, VA (September 22, 2003) Industry's top solutions providers will be recognized for their contributions and performance excellence in the resource management industry by 2003 APICS International Conference and Exposition attendees, October 6-9, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to Karen Alber, CFPIM, conference chair, "The APICS Poster Presentation Pavilion on the exhibit floor enables companies to document and display their success stories on poster board so that attendees can acknowledge the solution providers' contributions."

Votes will be cast during exposition hours in the following categories:

  • Solutions Provider acknowledges a partnership between a solutions provider and a corporate customer where the solution has increased the company's success.
     
  • Supplier Partnership, acknowledges a partnership between a supplier and a corporate customer where the product has increased the company's success.
     
  • Industry Advancement acknowledges the development of a new technique or product that has significantly advanced the resource management industry.
     
  • Best of Show acknowledges the best product or service on the show floor.

The 2002 winners were:

  • Supplier Partnership: Ramco Systems Corporation of Lisle, Illinois, a provider of ERP solutions for process and discrete manufacturers.
     
  • Industry Advancement: Frontstep, Inc., of Columbus, Ohio, a provider of ERP, CRM, and supply chain solutions that integrate and manage order processing and fulfillment enterprisewide.
     
  • Best of Show: Big Machines, Inc., of Foster City, California, a provider of e-business software and services that streamlines sales and customer service processes for manufacturers of engineered products.
